Mixing sporty with lux is such a huge trend right now… So when this ultimate mix of the two came into my possession in the form of this ultra lux velvet hoodie I was like “Hec Yes”  This little number has been worn more than a few times in the last month..  and styled with everything from ripped skinnies, to over the knee boots.

I have also been in the habit if sleek ponytails between blowouts lately.
No heat between blowouts has help keep my hair in tip top shape.  I literally rinse only 80 percent of my conditioner out in the shower and add a little oil.  Then towel dry my hair and brush it back in a ponytail damp.   That way it dries without heat.  It’s not only a great way to avoid heat but a nice departure from a slick bun.  Which I am also no stranger to.  The free form pony adds a little fun to the mix and this will work no matter your texture.

My hair has been drying less curly lately..(still trying to figure that one out)  but super curly hair will dry and leave a nice textured puff..  Puffs are good.   Call me crazy, I am the girl who likes frizz and of course a little gel or shaping putty to keep those baby hair poppin!  Haha yup I said it.

Happy Tuesday!
