10 degrees…NYFW Look 3

 Last week was quite epic being that in Los Angeles the Oscars were here.. Thus this last NYFW post is going up a little late. 

I have to preface this post with..  I WAS DARN COLD…   when we shot this look.. cold does not even begin to describe it.. wind and all.  

So just as in every other look.. layering was a key factor.  No Skin.. just fingers and face saw the light of day.  Thus the express need to get uber creative. 
There is something about the mixing of unexpected textures that always takes an other wise simple look straight to the next level.  If you take a moment to break this look down, all it really is is a skirt top and leather jacket.  Always a great combo right?  But made even more killer by the mixing of the textures.   The smooth structure of the leather, the soft cozy of the sweater, the heavy cotton of the skirt.  They all come together to give this look a little sass.
