Wide Legs and Cool Shades..

I am not often one to be extremely trendy,  although I may seem so with all this 1970’s action I am throwing your way lately.   This post happens to be 75% RE-WARE’s from my closet.  Remember my vow at the beginning of the year to actually re-wear the clothes in my closet?

Well I have to say that the New Years resolutions are going strong.. this one at least..

Starting with the uber 1970’s wide leg high waist denim that I bought way back in 2012 previously seen on the blog.  The Zara lace crop-top, seen so much on the blog.   The Velvet Tee’s Army jacket, also seen on the blog and the shoes, well I’ve just had them for a while.   This is what happens when you Spring clean, which has been going to for the last week or so.

 I’ve found so many awesome pieces that I forgot that I had.  It happens.  I’m pretty sure we have had this chat on this very blog before.   Most likely a year ago right around spring time.  See the pattern…  

Anyhow.. back to the 1970’s and my obsession with the decade.. I just feel like the female form was especially tailored for the clothes of the 1970’s.  Yep I said it.  We were tailored for the 1970’s ladies!  The universe knew!   There is nothing sexier than a woman covered but not so covered in high waist wide leg denim..   Am I right?
