As I sit here sifting through the photos for this post I have to say that I find it totally acceptable to buy an article of clothing and then let it sit in your closet for a couple of months before you actually reveal it to the world.. case in point this little pleated beauty.

Okay allow me to explain.

When I first bought this skirts I did wear it very briefly on a segment if Styleogue. ..but for the most part this very wearable skirt has been besties with the hanger. So quick examination as to why this happens because I know for a fact that I am not the only one. You walk into a store.. spend 30 minutes seeking out the perfect item from that store.. head to the dreaded dressing room where more often than not the lighting will absolutely do you no justice.. you try on the item.. get excited…stand in a line… make your purchase.. only to get home and not wear it. The truth is we may never know… But alas the question has been raised.. First step to recovery..
