Vegas..also known as Sin City.. A city where people from all over the country go to let off steam, eat good food, gamble, shop, get loud, get drunk and get sexy. All those things that are seemingly bad for us rolled into one strip. Yet amongst all the debauchery.. sitting right at the surface for all to see are the beautiful lights. While I was in Vegas I found myself thinking about the Vegas of the past.. the true glamour of it all.
Tuxedos and Gowns.. diamonds and furs. So much history. I was told that at it’s inception you could not walk through a casino in Las Vegas or sit down to dinner unless you were dressed to the nines.. And why would you not want to.

Shooting this beautiful gown with the twinkling lights of the Vegas strip behind me briefly made me wonder what it would have been like to hang in Las Vegas in those days. In most places when night falls the city falls with it.. In Vegas when night falls we all fall for the city.
