I am the type of girl that finds an item I love and actually wears it til it’s death.  I am attempting to not do that with this Michael Stars Oversized Sweater.  Since it arrived about two weeks ago I have worn it probably 5 times.  It just might be the coziest sweater if the season.  Soft..perfectly cut.. and has taken me from day to night on more than one occasion.

Dear Michael Stars.. the public at large needs this sweater in at least 4 more colors.

Paired with
this higher waisted, slightly pedal pusher skinny jean from Citizens of Humanity.. Also soft and cozy this is ensemble is a total fall/winter go to outfit.  If you are in colder regions of the world throw in a coat and BOOM!

 Dressed in 60 seconds.

Lets Chat higher waists.   I for one am loving it.   Muffin top be gone!

Okay now the elephant in the post.. I know it has been a while since my forehead has seen day light.  Being super busy lately sometimes a wash and go is necessary..  and being that I am a woman of color with woman of color hair.. actual wash and go is not a possibility.  Thus the wet slick back bun that I rocked with such vigor in high school is back.  The good thing is that once the side part is introduced it becomes a classic ponytail..without the tail of course.  Try it.. a little leave in conditioner, gel and oil mixed together and a hard brush and BOOM!

Hair done in 60 seconds..

 Dressed in 60 seconds..

Such a warm, casual look! I love it… and I'm glad to see your forehead make an appearance lol. Yes, it's very necessary every now and then to slick back the hair.
