3.Orly 3 in 1 top coat 

Any bright metallic silver and chunky glitter polish should do.

How to..

•two coats of your metallic polish..Let Dry

•Two to three coats of Glitter polish.. second and third coat heavier on the ends of he nails..Let dry

•one coat of 3 in 1 top coat
