I have been meaning to actually post this for a while. As someone who does not wear lashes.. meaning the kind that come in the package with the little white glue. Nor do I indulge in the semi permanent falsies that you can pretty much get in any nail shop.. I have become super obsessed with Spider Lashes..
All it requires is a tube of mascara.. the lashes you were born with… a steady hand and a bit of patience..
So here’s the deal.. Pile on..coat after coat after coat after coat (pause for breath)….and then when you think you are done, pile on three more coats!
I also got a great tip from celebrity make up artists Amy Nadine of www.amynadinebeauty.com when she did my make up at the Cover Girl/MTV beauty event. She said for serious spider lashes, powder your lashes in between coats.. Thanks Amy!
Note: please stop yourself just short of the late Tammy Faye Bakker..
Here is a great video courtesy of Style.com. Pat McGrath demonstrates.. Awesome!!
Pile away ladies..and gents if you feel so inclined!
I'm a bit perplexed as to why you consider this as a beauty tip. Not only is this a waste of mascara, but it doesn't look good at all. I know you had the dream of Bette Davis' eyes in mind, but in reality it just looks glopped on. The photograph looks like barbed wire is attacking the outer rim of your eye, it's ridiculous!
