part two..Little Tokyo…

Lets talk talk Spitz..
When I first heard about Spitz..I said to myself ewww.. I will never eat at a place called Spitz.  I am super visual and the name sounded much to much like that wet substance we humans have in our mouths :)..
Needless to say ..on my Little Tokyo journey with Courney K we walked, we chatted, we looked up and lo and behold there stood Spitz, spelled with a Z.   Which actually helped my visual, that along with the incredible aroma’s emanating from the place.
A European Style Doner Kebab eatery.  Part bar, part fast food, part restaurant, with major quality and yes super healthy.
I partook in the Chicken Doner.. soooo yummy!!  Chicken, cucumber, lettuce, tomato, onion, green peppers, tzatziki and to top it off this chili sauce that will blow your mind. All wrapped in a Lavash.
It’s the Perfect lunch spot for wraps, kebabs, felafel’s and my personal favorite sweet potato fries..yum!! They also have Gelatto for those of us who need that daily dose of sugar to glide through the day..
Happy Hour Monday through Friday..$4 Sangria, $4 Street cart fries, $1 Pita Strips w/ hummus and $12 64oz draft pitchers.
They are open everyday 11am-10pm, and Thurs-Sunday until Midnight..

Spitz ..I “LIKE”
